The BTA health insurance app allows the client to:

- the fastest and most convenient way to file a health insurance claim

- present an electronic health record in the future;

- biometric authentication;

- you see the limits of the insurance program;

- you can see the status of claims submitted by insured persons.

The first access to the application is through the bank's authentication channels. Re-access to the application is provided by a personalized PIN or mobile device's biometric authentication technology using fingerprint or face recognition.
